Anand Kumar

Anand Kumar is located in Uttam Nagar, specifically at A-71 in Kesho Ram Park. This part of New Delhi is very packed, and there’s always something happening on the street. I’ve been at this address for a long time. The office is part of where I live, which makes it easier to work late when I have to. It’s not a big, polished space. There’s a lot of paper and some old boxes in the corner. I don't really care much for the corporate look. I just want a place where I can sit down and get things done. Most of the people who come to see me are from the local neighborhood. We sit down, have some tea, and talk about what needs to be done. It’s a very direct way of doing business. I don’t use a lot of big words or complicated plans. Kesho Ram Park is a bit hard to navigate if you aren't from around here, but once you find A-71, you'll see my name. I’ve seen Uttam Nagar grow and get more crowded over the years. It’s a lively place to be. I’m just one person, Anand Kumar, doing my bit from my home office. It’s a simple life, and the work keeps me busy enough. I’m usually here every day. When things get quiet, I try to organize my files, but there is always something new to handle. It is just the way things go when you run your own show.
