Ams Fruit Jolt Private Limited

Ams Fruit Jolt is based in West Delhi, over at P K DE 66/2-F. It’s a local spot where we handle fruit-based products. The area is typical for this part of the city—lots of houses and small businesses packed together. Our workspace is fairly simple. We have tables for sorting and some machines for processing the fruit. Depending on the season, the whole place smells like mangoes or oranges. It can get quite messy. Peeling and crushing fruit isn't the cleanest job in the world. We spend a good chunk of our evening just hosing down the floors and wiping the surfaces. It’s a small group of us working here. We don’t have a big corporate office or a board of directors. It’s just us making sure the fruit doesn't go to waste and getting things packaged up for our customers. Some days the fruit arrives a bit late, and we have to stay late to finish the batch. The traffic in West Delhi is no joke, so transport is always our biggest headache. We use a couple of small vans for moving things around. The building itself is nothing special to look at, just a regular concrete structure. We’ve put some fans up to keep the air moving because it gets stuffy when the machines are running. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep things organized. It's a plain, honest business and we've been at it for a while now.
