Amritatulya Fresh Dairy&Food Products Private Limited

Our little setup for Amritatulya Fresh Dairy & Food Products is in Karol Bagh. We are in Naiwala, at 2056/69-R, Room Number 11 on the third floor. It’s a bit of a climb, especially when you’re carrying crates of goods. Karol Bagh is a crowded place, and Naiwala is known for its narrow lanes and lots of bike shops. It’s always noisy outside with people shouting and engines revving. Inside our room, we deal with dairy and various food items. It gets pretty cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in. We have a few refrigerators that hum loudly all day long. We spend a lot of time checking temperatures and making sure everything is stored where it should be. It’s a lot of logistics for such a small space. The paperwork is mostly done on a small wooden table that we’ve had since we moved in. We aren't a big company with a lot of fancy equipment. We just do the daily grind of receiving and sending out products. Sometimes the electricity fluctuates, and we have to run around making sure the fridges are okay. That’s just how it is in Central Delhi. We’ve got to know the other people in the building. Most of them are doing the same thing as us, just trying to make a living. It's tough work but it's ours, and we try to do the best we can with the space we have. There isn't much sunlight in the room, but it stays cool.
