Altayseer Medical Tourism Private Limited is based out of a house in Batla House. We are at House No- 333, H- 119. It’s a residential-feeling area but we handle all the medical tourism stuff from right here. Being in Jamia Nagar, we’re close to a lot of people who need help figuring out travel for their treatments. It started with Anis Sabir’s family and we’ve just kept it going. Okhla is a central spot for this kind of work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or sitting at the computer. We help people who are coming from far away to get to hospitals in Delhi. It can be a lot of stress for the families, so we just try to give them the right information. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a room with some chairs and a desk where we keep all the records. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been in Batla House long enough to know everyone nearby. People stop in to ask questions about doctors or how to get their paperwork done for travel. We don't have a big marketing team. It’s just a few of us making sure the plans for the patients actually happen. It’s a lot of coordination and late nights to make sure everything is ready for their arrival.
