Started working out of Okhla a while ago, specifically in the Jaga Bai Extension area. We are on the first floor of R-285-A, right in Gali number 2. If you know where Al Taqwa Masjid is, you’ll find us easily because we are quite close to it. Being in Jamia Nagar means it gets pretty crowded during the day, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you’re coming by car. We mostly spend our time helping people who travel from different places to get medical treatment here in Delhi. It involves a lot of phone calls and paperwork, honestly. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can sit down and talk to families about which hospitals they need to visit. Sometimes the stairs up to the first floor feel a bit steep after a long day. We have been handling these medical tourism arrangements for a bit now, and we’ve seen all sorts of cases. It's mostly about coordinating between the patients and the doctors so things don't get too confusing for them. Okhla is a busy hub for this kind of work. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the logistics of getting people to their appointments on time. It is a lot of back and forth with the hospitals in South Delhi. Most days are just filled with checking schedules and making sure the transport is ready for the patients who land here.
