We are based in Bhikaji Cama Place, specifically at unit 0.0833333333333333. It’s a bit of a strange number, but that's where you’ll find us. Our office is small and we don't really go in for much decoration. We mostly deal with business properties and helping people find their way in the local market. Bhikaji is a crowded place with a lot of different offices, so we spend a lot of time just keeping track of who is moving where. We aren't part of some massive corporation with a huge budget. It’s just a handful of us trying to make sense of the real estate scene here. Some days are spent entirely on paperwork, which isn't the most exciting part of the job, but it’s necessary. We try to be useful to the people who walk through our door. If we don’t know the answer to something, we don’t make it up. We’ll just go and find out. Most of our clients are just regular business owners or people looking for a small investment. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we know the neighbors. We don't put out a lot of flyers or do much advertising. Usually, people just find us because they need help with a lease or they’re looking for a specific kind of space in this area. We just keep things simple and try to be as helpful as we can without making it complicated. It's just us doing our job.
