Venkat Krishna

This is Venkat Krishna’s place over at Door Number 8/156 in R.N Pet, Nellore. I’ve been operating from this house for a good while. R.N Pet is one of those neighborhoods where everyone sort of knows what’s going on with everyone else. My setup is right here at the front of the house. It isn't anything spectacular, just a desk, some chairs, and my folders. The pin code is 524001 if you’re looking for it on a map. Nellore can get incredibly hot in the summer months, so most of my work gets done early or late in the evening when it cools down a little bit. I don’t have a big sign outside or a glass front like the shops in the main market. Most of the people I deal with are folks from around the area or people who were told about me by someone else. It's a very local way of doing things. I handle all the phone calls and the paperwork myself mostly. Sometimes my family helps out with small tasks if I’m tied up with a visitor. The walls are a bit old and the paint is peeling in the corners, but it works fine for what I need to do every day. I like being close to home while I work because it saves me time on travel. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist here, just me. I just keep things moving at my own pace without any fuss.
