Our name might say Teamware Solutions, Chennai, but you’ll actually find us at W4/1/932 in Uspet, Nellore. It’s a bit of a distance from the city, but we like being here in Andhra Pradesh. The office is a simple building that serves its purpose. We have our desks, our equipment, and enough space to get through the day without bumping into each other too much. Nellore is a different pace compared to the bigger cities, and we’ve gotten used to that over the years. We aren't some big multinational corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a local team doing our thing. Most of the people working here grew up nearby or moved for a quieter life. We handle various tasks, mostly tech-related, but we don't spend much time talking about how "innovative" we are. We just do the work. The weather here gets quite hot, so we rely on the fans and the old AC unit to keep us going. Some days the internet is slow, and we end up chatting more than working, but that’s part of being in a smaller town. We don't have a fancy website or a PR person. If you came by, you’d probably see someone fixing a chair or sorting through papers. It’s a real office with real problems and real people. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s easy for everyone to get to.
