R K Multi Cuisine Restaurant

Our restaurant, R K Multi Cuisine, is situated in Kovur, right near the NH 5. You’ll find us close to the Chowdhary Petrol Bunk. Being near the highway means we see all sorts of people. Some are just passing through Nellore on long trips, while others are locals from the Kovur area. We decided to offer a bit of everything because people have different tastes when they’re traveling. It’s a decent-sized place, but we don't go overboard with the decor. It’s practical. We have enough seating for families and large groups. The kitchen is always going because someone always wants something different, like North Indian or local South Indian dishes. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have fans going all the time. Our staff is mostly local guys who know the area well. We don't have a big corporate manual or anything. We just try to be polite and get the food out fast. The petrol bunk next door brings in a lot of truck drivers too. It’s a busy spot, especially at night when the highway traffic picks up. We’ve had a few slow days, but mostly it’s steady work. We just stay focused on keeping the place clean and the food ready. It’s a simple business model. We aren't trying to win awards; we just want people to leave full and satisfied before they get back on the road.
