Manikanta Foods

Manikanta Foods is based out of 5-3-157 on Air Bypass Road. We’re right in Shanthi Nagar. If you know the area, you know the road gets pretty crowded during the day. We’ve been here for a bit, just handling the food business as best as we can. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us making sure things go where they’re supposed to go. The address on Air Bypass Road makes it easy for us to get supplies in, though the traffic can be a real pain sometimes. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves. Shanthi Nagar is a nice place with a lot of regular people. Our shop isn't fancy at all. We have the basic stuff we need and a table where we sit to do the accounts. We don't have a big marketing team or anything, it’s just us. Most days are the same—checking the stocks, talking to the guys who deliver things, and making sure the machines are working right. Sometimes things break and we have to fix them ourselves. It’s just the reality of running a small business like this. We appreciate the people who stop by. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go on this road, but we’ve managed to stay put at our spot. It’s just simple work.
