Krebs Biochemical & Industries

Our pharma division is located out in Regadichelika Village, which is part of the Kodavalur Mandal. It’s a different world out here compared to the big cities. We are surrounded by a lot of greenery and open space, which is quite nice for a change. Krebs Biochemical & Industries has been part of this landscape for a while. The building at 2-21-3561 is where most of the work happens. Because it’s a pharma division, things have to be kept very clean, which is a bit of a challenge with the dust from the village roads. We spend a lot of time on maintenance and making sure the equipment is behaving. The people who work here are mostly from the nearby villages. We aren't a high-pressure corporate office. We take things at a steady pace, following the steps we need to for the biochemical processes. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is just part of living in a rural area, so we have our own setups to handle that. It’s quiet at night, but during the day, there is a lot of movement of materials. We don’t do a lot of talking about ourselves or our goals. We just come in, do the technical work required in the labs and production areas, and then go home. It’s a practical, straightforward environment where everyone knows their neighbor and their specific job in the facility.
