Working at the Pharma Division in Regadichelika Village is a bit different than what you might expect for a chemical company. We are based in the Kodavalur Mandal, and the pace of life here definitely influences how we work. Krebs Bio Chemiclals isn't about flashy offices or big city meetings. Our days are filled with the actual work of handling biochemicals and managing the production lines. The village surroundings mean we see the seasons change right outside our windows. It’s a hot place, especially in the middle of the year, so we’ve done our best to keep the workspace manageable. We have a lot of local staff who have been with us since we started here. There is a sense of community because we are one of the main places to work in this area. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s scientific work, yes, but it’s also just a job that needs doing every day. We check the batches, we clean the vats, and we make sure the packaging is done right. The commute for some of us involves long bike rides on bumpy roads, but you get used to it. We aren't trying to be famous or anything. We just focus on the chemistry and making sure the division runs without any major hitches or unexpected breakdowns that could stop our production flow.
