Being in Nellore has its own rhythm, and my office is right in the heart of it. My name is Konda Parmela and I have been operating from this 524001 location for quite some time. It is a straightforward setup. I have a small room where I handle all the business affairs. You won't find any marble floors or expensive art here. It is just a practical space where I can focus. Nellore is a place where people value honesty and hard work, so that is what I try to provide. I get a lot of local residents coming by, and we usually end up talking about the weather or the price of things at the market before we get down to business. It makes the day go by faster. I don't have a big staff, so if you call, you are probably going to talk to me directly. I like it that way because I know exactly what is happening with every single task. Sometimes the piles of paper get a bit high, and I have to spend a Saturday clearing things out. The area around here is always moving, with people going to and from the shops. I’ve lived in Nellore long enough to feel like I’m part of the bricks and mortar of this town. It is just a regular local business run by a regular person.
