We’ve been out here on Buchiredyy Palem Road for a good while now. J. S. R. Agro Pvt. Ltd. is just our way of keeping the local farm work going. Janda Dibba is where you'll find us if you're driving through Buchi Reddy Palem. It’s mostly just getting the seeds sorted and making sure the harvest gets where it needs to go. My father started things small, and we just kept at it. The weather doesn't always help, but that's just part of being in this line of work. We handle the daily tasks ourselves, mostly manual labor and checking on the stores. Sometimes the trucks get delayed on the road, but we manage. People know us around here because we’ve stayed in the same spot for years. It isn’t fancy, just a regular place with some sheds and a lot of dust. We don’t have a big office or anything, just the work site. If the crop is good, we stay busy. If it’s dry, we wait for rain like everyone else. It’s a quiet life mostly, just focused on the land and what grows on it. We don't spend much time on computers, usually just out there in the heat. It’s hard work, but it keeps the lights on for our families. We know the neighbors and they know us. That’s how things go at J. S. R. Agro. We just do our bit every day and hope for the best.
