You can find us over on Sannidhanam Street in Satyanarayana Puram, Vijayawada. We are at numbers 23 25 8 A. It’s a busy little area, and we are right in the thick of it. Working in life insurance here means we meet a lot of local families. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our desks, some old files, and a water cooler that gets a lot of use during the day. We spend our mornings going through emails and our afternoons meeting with people who walk in off the street. Vijayawada gets quite hot, so we try to keep the office as cool as possible for anyone visiting us. We are part of the Icici Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd team, but it feels more like a local shop than a big company office. We know the people around here and they know us. We don’t use any of that corporate talk that sounds like it came out of a book. We just tell it like it is. If a policy is good for someone, we say so. If they need something else, we try to help them find it. It is all about the paperwork and making sure the signatures are where they belong. The street outside can be noisy with the sounds of the town, but we just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a steady job and we try to do it right every day for everyone.
