Dr Reddy S Foundation

Our office is situated at D.No 25-2-370 on the 5th Cross Road in Nellore. It’s a busy part of town in Andhra Pradesh, and we have been at this location for a while now. The building is a standard one for this area, nothing too flashy or modern. We have a few rooms where we manage the foundation’s activities and keep all our records. The 5th Cross Road usually has a lot of traffic, with scooters and cars going by all day long. Inside, it’s a bit quieter, though we always have people coming in and out for various meetings or to drop off paperwork. We don't use any fancy management software or anything, just simple spreadsheets and a lot of manual filing. Our team is small, mostly locals who live nearby and walk or ride their bikes to work. We have a small area where we keep some water and a tea kettle for when we take breaks. It’s an honest place where we just focus on getting the tasks for the day finished. We don’t have a big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just know what we have to do and we get on with it. The office can get a little messy with all the papers, but we know where everything is. It feels like a real community space rather than a cold corporate office. It is just a normal workplace for normal people.
