Ccl Product India Ltd. is situated on Nellore Main Road, right at Unit-Ii in Kuvvakolli. It’s a big site and there is always something happening. You see the gates from the main road as you’re driving through. Most of the people here are locals from the surrounding villages. We have a routine that doesn't change much. The shifts start, the machines hum, and we get to work. It’s a large operation, so there is plenty to keep an eye on. Being on Nellore Main Road makes it easy for the logistics side of things, though the dust from the road can be a bit much in the summer. We aren't here to tell stories or make ourselves sound like something we aren't. We are a factory unit, plain and simple. Every day we just try to meet the numbers and keep everything safe for the workers. There are long corridors and a lot of steel. It’s not the kind of place you’d go for a vacation, but it provides a lot of jobs for the area. We have our own ways of doing things that have worked for a long time. Sometimes a machine breaks or a shipment is late, and we all scramble to fix it. That’s just the nature of working at a place like Unit-Ii. It's a lot of hard work, but we show up every day and get it done.
