At Madhuteja Techonia Private Limited, we work out of the New Area in Gondapur, which is part of Nawada. Our setup is at Bipin Kumar’s place in Hanuman Nagar. It’s a quiet residential part of town, which helps when you need to concentrate on technical work. We don't have a big sign outside or a glass front. It looks like any other house on the street. Inside, though, we’ve got our setup with all the hardware and software we need. We started this because we wanted to do something technical right here in Nawada. Most people leave for the bigger cities, but we decided to stay put in 805110. The workday usually starts early before the sun gets too hot. We spend a lot of time on our laptops, just going through lists and codes. It’s not glamorous. There’s no water cooler talk, just us sitting around a big table. We manage everything ourselves, from the cleaning to the technical stuff. It feels more like a family project than a big company. When things get difficult, we just take a walk around Gondapur to clear our heads. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. We just want to do a decent job and keep the business running. It’s a simple life here, and we like that our work reflects that straightforwardness. We just take things as they come and try to stay organized through all the daily tasks.
