Sudarshan Minechem Ltd.

Our place, Sudarshan Minechem Ltd., is located at Plot No. 1679 in the Gidc Estate. We’ve been operating out of this plot for quite some time now. Dealing with minerals and chemicals means there is always something being processed or moved around. The air in the facility usually has that distinct earthy smell. We have a lot of storage space for the raw materials that come in. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, and by the end of the shift, everyone usually has a layer of dust on their clothes. We have a steady rhythm to our days. The trucks arrive, we unload, we process, and then we ship it back out. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping an eye on the processing units. We don’t use a lot of big words or have fancy meetings. Most of our communication happens on the floor while we are working. The Gidc Estate is a big place, and we are just one small part of it. We know our neighbors and sometimes we help each other out with equipment or advice. We’ve had to learn a lot over the years about how to handle different materials properly. It’s a constant learning process. We just focus on doing the job we have for the day and making sure the facility is locked up tight before we go home to our families.
