We are Agarwal Minerals, and you can find us at Plot No. 1680 in the Gidc Estate. Our daily life revolves around various types of minerals that come through our gates. It is a very hands-on business. We spend most of our time out in the yard or in the processing area. It is definitely not a desk job. There are always bags to be stacked and shipments to be weighed. The sun can be pretty brutal out here in the estate, so we try to get the heaviest work done early in the morning. We’ve been at this plot for a good while, and we’ve gotten to know the way the Gidc operates. It’s a community of workers and business owners all trying to make it. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks or try to sound like something we aren't. We just process minerals and make sure they are ready for whoever needs them. Sometimes the equipment acts up and we have to spend a day being mechanics instead of mineral processors, but that is just how it goes. Our team is like a family; we’ve seen each other’s kids grow up and we know who takes their tea with how much sugar. It is a simple, hardworking life at Plot 1680. We aren't looking for fame, just steady work and a chance to do the job right every single day.
