Shri Trp English School

Shri Trp English School is situated in the Devdham area of Umbergaon, which is part of Valsad. It is a growing area with a lot of people moving in for work. Our school is right there among the residential houses and some small shops. The morning starts early for us, usually before the sun is fully up. We have to get everything ready before the kids start walking through the gate. The building is a regular size and we have a small playground that gets a lot of use. Umbergaon can be quite humid because we aren't too far from the coast, so everyone is usually a bit sweaty by noon. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, it is just us doing the daily work. Teachers are often busy grading papers or talking to parents at the gate. We have a small office where we keep all the records in big steel cupboards. Sometimes the bell doesn't ring right or a light bulb goes out, and we just fix it and move on. It is a very down-to-earth place where everyone knows each other. We see the same faces every day and it makes the work feel more personal. It is just a basic school serving the local families around Devdham.
