Shree Sheetla Mata Foundation

At Shree Sheetla Mata Foundation, we work out of Mahewa. The office is really just part of the home where Smt Sarita Jaysawal and Sri Ramasare Jaysawal live. It’s a very local, family-oriented way of doing things. We don’t have a big corporate office with glass walls. Instead, we sit around the table and talk about what needs to be done for the day. Being in Mahewa means we see our neighbors every single day. We know who is doing well and who might need a hand. It’s very direct. There aren't any layers of management to go through. If someone has an idea, we just talk it over right then and there. The Normal area is where we spend most of our time. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way. We don’t put out big ads or try to sound like something we aren't. We are just a small foundation rooted in this community. Sometimes the rain makes the roads difficult, but we still manage to get our work done. We focus on the practical side of things. It’s about being there when people need us and keeping the foundation running without any unnecessary fuss. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay right where we are, doing what we do best in our own way. It's just a family effort here in Mahewa, keeping the memory of our work alive.
