We are based in the GIDC area of Antalia. Our plot is J-9/66. If you have ever been to an industrial estate, you know exactly what it looks like. Lots of grey buildings and the sound of machinery everywhere. We work with alloys here. It is a heavy sort of job. The furnace and the processing area take up most of our space. It gets dusty and hot, but that is the nature of the business. We started out small and just stayed in this same spot as the years went by. The workers here are mostly locals from around Antalia. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in through the main gate and someone will usually shout for whoever you are looking for. We keep the paperwork in a small cabin that is slightly cooler than the rest of the shed. Most of our time is spent checking the quality of the metal and making sure the batches are right. It is honest work. We don't try to be something we aren't. We are just a factory in GIDC trying to get the orders out on time. The trucks come and go, and we just keep the production line moving as best as we can. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the details. Sometimes we have to redo a batch, but we just get on with it without complaining much.
