We are located in Gandevi. It’s a small place, and our address is just Post Box No. 30. We’ve been making food products here for quite some time. It’s a bit quieter than the big cities. We like it that way. Most of the people working here are from the local area. We don't have a big factory with robots. It's mostly manual work and keeping an eye on the quality of what we produce. The air is a bit fresher here than in the industrial zones. We started small and just stayed at a size we could manage ourselves. We don’t do any big advertising. Our products usually speak for themselves once people try them. We spend a lot of time in the production area making sure things are done right. It's not a fancy setup. The floor is concrete, and we use basic machinery that's been with us for years. Sometimes things break down and we fix them ourselves instead of calling someone. We don't have a human resources department or a marketing manager. We just have people who know how to make food. We send out our orders from the local post office or by the trucks that come through. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We just hope people enjoy what we make and keep coming back for more. It is a slow and steady life.
