About Ajvas Foundation – Charity & Non Profit Organisations in Navsari
Our place is tucked away in Nani Pandya Khadki, specifically at house number 6 391 here in Navsari village. It’s a quiet spot, nothing like the big city offices you see in magazines. We have lived in this village for a long time and decided to start Ajvas Foundation just to do some good around our own neighborhood. Usually, our neighbors just stop by to chat about what is going on with the crops or the local news. It’s not a formal thing where you need to book an appointment or wait in a lobby. We usually just sit in the main room or out on the porch and talk through things. Sometimes we are busy with a lot of paperwork, and other times we are out helping a family down the street. The house is old and has some cracks in the walls, but it works fine for what we need. It gets a bit dusty when the wind blows through the khadki, but that is just part of living in the village. We don't have a big neon sign, just the house number that everyone knows. Navsari is a small place where everyone is connected anyway. We try to keep things very simple and honest. If someone needs a hand, they know where we are. We don’t use fancy corporate words or have big board meetings. It is just us doing what we can with what we have. Sometimes we run out of biscuits, but the tea is always hot.
