Vensure Pharma

Khairane MIDC is a pretty massive industrial area and that is where we have our setup for Vensure Pharma. If you have ever been to this part of Navi Mumbai, you know it is mostly factories and big warehouses as far as the eye can see. It is quite a dusty place because of all the heavy trucks moving around the MIDC roads from dawn to dusk. We spend most of our time dealing with boxes and a lot of paperwork in the small office area. It gets very hot in the summer months because of all the concrete buildings and the lack of trees, so we rely on our old fans to keep the air moving. Our neighbors are all industrial businesses, so it is not like working in a quiet residential neighborhood. You hear the constant hum of machinery and engines throughout the day. We usually have our lunch together in a small corner we cleared out near the back. Most of us have worked here for a long time, so we are a tight group and we know how to handle the work without much talk. Dealing with the logistics here can be a bit of a headache when the traffic jams up near the main gates, but we have learned to plan around it. We just focus on getting the inventory right and making sure the orders are ready for the transport trucks. It is hard, practical work every day here in the industrial belt.
