We've been here at Shiv Chember for a while now. Most days are pretty busy with orders coming in and out. It’s just how things go in the drug business. We handle a lot of the usual stuff you’d expect from a private limited setup. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some paperwork done. Being in a place like this means you meet all sorts of people. We keep things straightforward. No fancy talk here. If someone needs something, we look it up and see if we have it. The office isn't huge but it works for us. We’ve got our routine down. Morning tea, checking the lists, making sure the deliveries are ready. It’s not always exciting but it’s steady work. We know the neighbors around Shiv Chember pretty well. Everyone just tries to get their job done. It’s a lot of coordination, really. You have to keep track of what’s in stock and what needs to go where. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. People usually find us because they need what we have. It’s practical. That’s how we like to run things. Just keeping the wheels turning and making sure the supplies get where they are supposed to be without too much fuss.
