Meko Light

Our shop is located at number 57 inside Shivji Market, which is part of the big APMC area in Vashi. If you have ever been to Sector 19D, then you already know how crowded it gets with all the trucks and the loaders moving around. Meko Light is right in the middle of all that daily chaos. We are located near Satra Plaza, but the market side where we are is much noisier and busier. We deal with all kinds of lights and the different parts that go along with them. Boxes are usually stacked right up to the ceiling in our small unit. Sometimes it is hard to even find a place to sit down because there is so much stock everywhere. We spend our days talking to traders and people who have come in from out of town to buy supplies. Vashi is a huge hub for this kind of thing, so we are always on our feet. The air is always full of the smells of the market and the constant sound of truck horns. We’ve been here long enough that we know almost all the other shopkeepers in Shivji Market. We often share tea and complain about the local traffic together. We don't have a polished showroom with glass cases. It is more of a working warehouse where people come to get what they need for their own shops. It’s a busy life, but we like being where the action is.
