We set up shop in Vashi Plaza, specifically in the C-336 unit. Sector 17 is a very crowded place, always something going on. We do graphics and media stuff here. That means a lot of time spent on Photoshop and looking at colors. The mall itself is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We have printers that hum all day long. Sometimes they jam and we have to spend an hour fixing them. It’s just how it goes. We started this because we liked making things look good on paper and screens. Our team is small, just a few creative people and someone to handle the bills. We don't have a big corporate culture. We wear jeans and listen to the radio while we work. People come to us when they need a logo or a brochure or something for the web. We try to keep it simple. The office gets a bit messy with all the paper samples and ink cartridges lying around. Vashi is a good spot for us because it’s central. We see a lot of different people coming through the plaza every day. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know how to do. We just keep our heads down and finish the work. The air conditioning in the plaza is a lifesaver in the summer months. We've been in Sector 17 for a long time now and like it here.
