M/S. Contech Instruments Limited is located right in the middle of the TTC Industrial Area. If you know the MIDC Electronic Zone in Mahape, you know it’s a lot of factories and tech shops. Our specific spot is Plot No. El-221. It’s an industrial vibe out here, nothing too pretty, but it works for what we do. We’ve been here handling instruments for quite a while. The traffic in Mahape can be a real headache in the mornings, but we manage to get in early. Inside the building, it’s mostly just desks and testing equipment. We don’t have any big reception area or anything flashy. It’s just us working on the devices and making sure everything is calibrated right. The Electronic Zone is pretty quiet on the weekends, but during the week, the whole place is humming. We’ve seen other businesses come and go on El-221, but we’ve stuck around. It’s a practical location for an instrument company. We mostly deal with local orders and some stuff that goes further out. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles in the summer heat, but we just keep at it. Working in an industrial area like TTC means you get used to the sounds of trucks and machinery all day.
