The Oberoi, Mumbai

You can find us over in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, specifically at 601 in the Neha Apartments in Sector 20C. It is a residential area, so it is a lot quieter than the main hotel locations in the city. We use this space for some of our administrative and support tasks. It is basically an apartment that has been turned into a workspace, so it has a very homey feel to it. There are bookshelves lined with manuals and desks placed where a dining table would usually be. We like it this way because it is less formal and we can just get our work done without a lot of fuss. The balcony gives us a decent view of the neighborhood and it is a good spot to stand for a minute when you need a break from the screen. We have been in Navi Mumbai for a while now and we like the pace here compared to the madness of South Mumbai. Our team is small, just a few people handling records and coordinating different things for the hotel. We don't have a big sign outside the door, so you have to know which floor to come to. It is a simple setup with a lot of paperwork and a lot of phone calls. We try to keep things organized but with so much going on, there is always a bit of clutter around the office. It’s just how we operate day to day, and it works for us and the work we do.
