We are set up over in Navi Mumbai, specifically in Sector 1. Our address is Flat No 301 in Tower A of the Shree Ganesh Co-Operative Housing Society. It might seem a bit unusual for a name like Fortune Park Hotels to be in a residential tower like this, but this is where our administrative side operates from. The society is a typical Navi Mumbai residential complex. There are kids playing in the compound and people coming home from work in the evenings. It’s a lot quieter here than in the main parts of Mumbai, which is nice for getting some work done. We’ve got our office space inside the flat. It’s a regular three-bedroom layout that we’ve turned into a workspace. There are desks where people sit with their laptops and files. You won't find a lobby or a front desk like you would at an actual hotel building. This is more of the back-end stuff that keeps things running. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep things low-key. Navi Mumbai is growing fast, and being in Sector 1 puts us in a good spot to reach different parts of the city easily. We don't have big signs outside. If you come to visit, you just look for the Shree Ganesh building and head up to the third floor. It's a simple setup, nothing too grand, just where we handle the day-to-day things for the hotel group and keep things moving.
