Swadishta Instant Masala

We operate out of House No. C-703 on Palm Beach Road in Sanpada. Being in Sector 14 near the Union Bank makes it a pretty central spot. It’s a residential area, so we have to be careful not to make too much noise with the packaging. Our space is basically a modified part of the house. We have the mixing bowls and the small sealing machines set up on long tables. The whole place smells like cloves and cinnamon most of the time. It's a family-run thing. We started small and just kept going because people liked what we were doing. We don't have a big factory or hundreds of workers. Usually, it's just two or three of us working together in the afternoons. We have to move the furniture sometimes to make room for the big supply bags that come in. It can be a bit crowded when we have a big order to finish. We don't do much in the way of sales talk. People just drop by or call us up. The traffic on Palm Beach Road is always loud, but once you step inside, it's just the sound of the machines and us talking. We aren't trying to be a huge brand. We just like making masalas that taste right. We have to be careful with the electricity when we run the sealers. Sometimes the fuse trips.
