You can find Sarath Logistics Pvt. Ltd. on the second floor at No. 237. We are right above the HDFC Bank in the Central Facility Building No. 01. This is part of the APMC Marketing No. 1 in Vashi. Being in the APMC market means it’s always crowded and there are trucks and goods moving everywhere at all hours. Our office is up the stairs, away from some of the noise on the ground floor. It’s a functional space with a few computers and desks where we keep track of shipments and schedules. Logistics is mostly about making sure things get from one place to another without too much trouble. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and warehouse people. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things don't go as planned, so we have to figure out a new way. The building is a bit older and has a lot of foot traffic because of the bank downstairs. We like being in Vashi because it’s a hub for this kind of work. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a group of people working together to keep the logistics moving. There’s always a stack of paperwork on someone’s desk and the smell of tea in the air during the afternoon break. It’s a decent place to spend the day and we just keep at it until the work is finally done.
