Our shop is number 34 on the ground floor of City Tower in Sector-15, over in CBD Belapur. It’s a good location because we are right on the ground floor, so it’s easy for people to just walk in from the street. We handle logistics, which basically means we move stuff from one place to another. We have a lot of paperwork and phone calls to deal with every day. The office isn't anything special. We have a few chairs, a couple of computers, and some files stacked up. It gets a bit noisy with the phones ringing, but that’s how it goes in this business. We’ve been based in Belapur for some time now. It’s a busy area with lots of other offices around. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do our work and talk to our clients directly. Sometimes things get complicated with schedules and trucks, but we try to keep it simple. It’s just a group of us trying to make sure everything gets delivered on time. We don't really have a set routine because every day is a bit different depending on what needs to be moved. It's a practical business, and we keep it that way without any extra fluff. If a client calls with a problem, we just try to find a solution that works. We aren't big on fancy reports or meetings. We just keep our eyes on the packages and the paperwork. It's what needs doing.
