We started Rits Web Media Pvt. Ltd. a while ago in Kamothe. It’s a quiet area but good for working on digital projects. Most days we just sit with our laptops and try to get things sorted for our clients. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything. Just a regular space where we handle web stuff and media work. Sometimes the internet slows down, but we manage to stay on track. We aren't trying to change the whole world, just doing our jobs. A few of us live nearby, so the commute is easy and doesn't take much time. Kamothe has grown a lot lately with many new buildings coming up everywhere. We spend a lot of time coding or looking at screens for hours. It gets tiring on the eyes but it’s what we know how to do. We don't have a big team of sales people talking smooth or wearing suits. It’s mostly just us doing the actual technical work. We've been at this for a bit now. People ask what we do exactly, and it’s basically just making things work online for various people. We deal with websites and some other media bits that come our way. It's practical stuff. We take breaks to grab some hot tea downstairs at the local stall. The building is okay, nothing special to look at. We just keep our heads down and finish the tasks on our list. Sometimes we stay late when a project is due. That’s just how it goes in this line of work.
