We are located right at the Juinagar Station Complex, in B-108. It’s a very convenient spot because the trains are right there. Rakshak Industrial Security Agency Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this office for a good number of years. We focus on providing security for factories and big industrial units. Since we are at the station, we have people coming in from all over to look for guard jobs. The office is always full of people filling out forms or getting their uniforms. It’s a bit of a chaotic environment sometimes, with the announcements from the station echoing in the background. We have a lot of registers to keep track of who is posted where. It’s a serious business because we have to make sure our clients' property is safe. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of layers. You can usually just walk in and talk to the person in charge. We have a small staff who handles the scheduling and the payroll. It’s a lot of work to manage hundreds of guards, but we’ve gotten the hang of it over time. We don't do anything fancy, just plain old security work. The Juinagar area is perfect for us because it’s so well-connected. We just keep doing our job day in and day out. It is hard work but someone has to make sure the factories stay safe at night.
