We have been at Shop No.16 in Sai Paradise for a good while now. Living and working in Airoli Sector-8A is mostly about dealing with the daily calls we get from folks around the neighborhood. It’s not a huge operation, just a few of us here making sure things get done when someone’s sink leaks or an appliance stops working. Most days start early with coffee and checking the schedule to see who needs help first. We do not have a fancy office or anything, just the shop where we keep all our tools and spare parts organized, or at least we try to keep them organized. It gets pretty busy sometimes, especially when the weather changes and everyone's AC or heater starts acting up at the same time. People just stop by the shop or call us up when they have a problem at home. We know most of the faces around here by now. Being local makes it easier because we do not have to travel far to get to the jobs. It’s honest work and keeps us on our toes. Sometimes the parts take a day or two to arrive, and we have to explain that to the customers, but usually, we just get in, fix what is broken, and head to the next house. It is just how things go here in Airoli. We do not spend much time on the computer or doing paperwork, we would rather be out there working with our hands.
