Nirmal Crane Hiring Co.

Nirmal Crane Hiring Co. is based at Plot No. 114 in the Central Facility Bldg No.2, over in Sector 19 of Vashi. We have been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. Vashi is a busy area for logistics and heavy equipment, so it makes sense for us to be here. Our yard is where we keep the cranes when they aren't out on a job. It’s a big open space and it gets very dusty when the wind blows. We spend a lot of our time on the phone coordinating where the machines need to go next. It’s a lot of scheduling and making sure the operators are ready to go. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some old filing cabinets and a map of the area pinned to the wall. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We are more concerned with making sure the equipment is maintained properly. Sometimes we have to go out to a site in the middle of the night if there is an issue. That is just the nature of the hiring business. We have a small tea kettle in the corner of the office that gets a lot of use. People come and go all day, mostly drivers and mechanics. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just rent out cranes and try to keep everything moving.
