We are based at B-735 on the 7th floor of the Steel Chambers Tower in Kalamboli. It’s an interesting spot because we can see a lot of the surrounding steel yards from up here. At Kgn Lifter Pvt. Ltd., we deal with lifting equipment and all the things that go with it. Being in Kalamboli makes sense because this is the heart of the steel trade in the region. Most of our day involves talking to people about forklifts and lifters and trying to coordinate where everything needs to go. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lot of layers. We’re just a small team in an office that’s often filled with manuals and shipping papers. Sometimes the elevators in the tower are a bit slow, so we end up waiting around, but that’s just how it is. We don't go in for big sales talk or polished brochures. We just know our machines and try to give people the right information. The office is functional and a bit crowded at times, but it works for us. Everyone here does a bit of everything, whether it's answering the phone or checking on an order. It’s a busy environment because the market here moves fast. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we know most of the other businesses around. We just keep our focus on the equipment and making sure our clients get what they need without any trouble.
