We are in Plot No. A-4, Shop No. 10. It’s a busy part of Khanda Colony in New Panvel West. Being near the Ganesh Temple helps a lot because everyone knows where that is. We spend our days answering phones and writing down bookings. Jay Hari Travels is a small operation. We have a few desks and some old maps on the wall. It gets quite hot in Panvel during the summer so we keep the fans going all day. There is always someone coming in to ask about bus timings or train tickets. We don't have a big corporate office with glass walls. It’s just a regular room where we try to keep everything organized. Sometimes the computer acts up and we have to do things the old-fashioned way. We know many of the families in Khanda Colony because they’ve been booking their trips with us for years. It’s not a fancy life, but we like talking to people about where they are going. We keep our prices fair and don't try to push anything extra on anyone. The area around Suma Prakash Chambers is always lively with people going to the temple or the market. It’s a good place to be based. We just keep doing our work day by day.
