South Yatra

You can find us at Moreshwar Complex, Shop No. 06. We are in Sector-27 in Nerul. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to some other parts of Navi Mumbai. South Yatra is basically just a small shop where we help people figure out their travel plans. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for customers, and a lot of maps and brochures pinned to the walls. It’s not a high-end travel lounge. It’s just a local office. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at schedules on the screen. Nerul is a nice place to work. The complex has a few other shops, so there’s usually some activity around. We don't have a big marketing department. People mostly come in because they live nearby or their cousin told them about us. We try to keep things simple. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. We just talk to people about where they want to go. Sometimes the printer jams or the internet goes slow, which can be annoying, but we manage. It’s a small, family-style operation. We’ve been in Shop No. 06 for a few years now. It’s a comfortable space for us. We just focus on getting the bookings right and making sure people have their tickets. On rainy days, the complex gets a bit damp, but we just stay inside and keep working through the bookings. It’s a steady pace most of the time, and we like the people who stop by for a chat.
