Mocha

Mocha is situated in Sanpada, which is a busy part of Navi Mumbai. You can find us at Opg Tower, specifically in B/403 on Plot No. 1, Sector 2. It’s a decent building, nothing too flashy, but it works for us. The view from the fourth floor isn't much, just the street and some other buildings. Sanpada is always moving, so there is plenty to see if you look out the window. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The office is filled with the usual stuff like computers, chairs, and old binders. We aren't big on decorating. It feels like a real workplace where people actually do things. Some of us take the train to Sanpada station and then walk over. It's a short walk, which is nice when it isn't raining. The elevator in Opg Tower can be a bit slow during lunch, so we sometimes just take the stairs. We have a few small plants on the windowsills that someone forgets to water sometimes. It’s just a normal office environment. We handle our business, talk to each other, and go home. There is no corporate vibe here. We are just a local team in Sector 2. Most people around here know the building. If you are in the area, you’ll see it’s a practical location for a business like ours. We usually have a pot of coffee going by nine in the morning.
