Marvelo India

You can find us in Sector 19, Vashi. It’s a busy part of Navi Mumbai, and there is always something going on outside. Our space isn't huge, but it fits what we need to do. We spend most of our time here managing the daily operations of Marvelo India. Vashi is the kind of place where everyone is always moving, so we try to keep up with that pace. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, check the orders or the paperwork, and try to make sure everything is moving along. The building we are in has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. It’s good exercise, I guess. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around for years and a few newer faces. We eat lunch together when we can, usually talking about anything but work. It’s a real environment, not some polished showroom. We deal with the usual stuff like late deliveries or phone calls that go on for too long. But at the end of the day, we are just a local business trying to stay on top of things in Sector 19. It's a living, and we take it one day at a time. The local tea vendor knows our order by heart now, which is a nice touch. It's those little things that make working in a place like Vashi feel a bit more like home.
