At Plot No-35 in Sector-1 of the Airoli Industrial Area, you’ll find us. We go by Metal Aluminium & Powder Coating. Our place is near the Hotel Saideep, so that’s how most people find their way here. The main thing you notice when you walk in is the temperature. The ovens for the powder coating keep things pretty warm. We spend our days hanging parts on the racks and making sure the coating goes on even. It’s a messy process sometimes, but that’s just the nature of the work. We aren't a big corporation with fancy offices. Most of us are out on the floor for the whole shift. The Airoli area is full of businesses like ours, all just trying to get through the day's tasks. We deal with a lot of aluminium and various metal pieces. You’ll see them stacked up waiting for their turn in the booth. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting and moving things around. We don’t have any polished speeches or mission statements posted on the wall. We just have a schedule and we try to stick to it. Sometimes the weather makes the coating act up, so we have to adjust. It’s practical, everyday labor. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and the routine is well-set. Morning tea, check the orders, start the ovens. That’s life here at Plot No-35. It is what it is, just hard work and powder.
