We are based in the Bsel Tech Park, right across from the Vashi railway station. Being in C-412 means we get a lot of people coming in who have just hopped off the train. The office is pretty functional. We have rows of desks and some meeting rooms that are almost always in use. It’s a busy environment because there’s always someone on the phone or a visitor sitting down to chat. Since we’re in a tech park, the building is full of all kinds of companies, so the elevators are always packed during lunch. We’ve been here for a while, and the place has a lived-in feel. There are files stacked on the corners of desks and calendars marked up with various dates. It’s not like the holiday spots you see in pictures; it’s just a place where the work happens. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks. We focus on the day-to-day tasks of managing things and answering questions. It’s a steady pace, and we’ve got a good group of people working here. No one is putting on an act. We’re just here to do our jobs and go home at the end of the day like anyone else. The view of the station platform from the window is quite a sight at rush hour.
