L. D. K. Commodities Pvt. Ltd. is based in the Edison Building, Room 108, over in Raheja District II. This is right in the middle of the TTC Industrial Area in MIDC, Juinagar. It is a very industrial part of town, so there are always trucks moving around and a lot of noise from the neighboring units. We deal with various commodities here. Our office isn't particularly large or decorated. It’s mostly just a place where we keep track of shipments and handle the logistical side of the business. The walls are a plain color and we have some basic computers to keep our records straight. Working in the MIDC area means we are surrounded by all sorts of factories and warehouses. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find Plot Gen-2/1/C, we are right there in the Edison building. We don't really have a lot of walk-in customers since most of our work is done through calls and logistics. It can get pretty hot in the afternoons, especially with the sun hitting the industrial buildings. We just focus on getting the commodities moved from point A to point B. There isn't any magic to it, just keeping a close eye on the stock and making sure the paperwork matches up. It’s a busy, functional environment for the kind of work we do. We often hear the heavy machinery from the units next door throughout the day while we are checking our lists. It is just the usual noise.
