We run the poultry farm from Plot No. 6 on Vashi Road, which puts us right in the heart of the Apmc Market in Sector 19. If you’ve ever been to Vashi, you know how busy the market gets, especially in the early hours of the morning. That’s when our day really starts. A L Shivalingegowda Poultry Farm is a busy place where there is always something that needs doing, whether it’s checking on the livestock or handling the crates. The air around here is full of the sounds of the market and the smell of fresh produce and animals. It’s a very practical, hands-on environment. We don't sit in offices much. Most of our time is spent out where the action is. The floor can get a bit messy, and the work is definitely physical, but we’ve been doing this long enough that we don't mind the grime. We deal with a lot of different people every day, from big wholesalers to smaller local buyers who just need a few things. It’s a fast-paced way to make a living, and you have to be ready for anything. The market schedule dictates our lives, so we’re often done with the bulk of our work while the rest of the city is just waking up. We don't have a lot of time for formalities. We just focus on getting the work done and keeping the farm running smoothly.
