Down in the TTC Industrial Area in Rabale, you’ll find our place at W-346. It’s a typical MIDC setup. Kwality Plastics is basically a warehouse and a workshop rolled into one. There’s the constant sound of the machines running, which you get used to after a while. The floor is concrete and usually has some scraps of plastic or packing tape stuck to it. It’s not the cleanest place, but it’s where we make things. We have stacks of plastic goods piled up to the ceiling in some spots. It gets really hot in the middle of the day, especially near the molding machines. We try to keep the big bay doors open for a breeze, but mostly it just lets in the dust from the street. The industrial area is full of trucks and other workshops, so it’s always loud. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If someone comes by, they usually just find us at the back or in the small office nook near the entrance. We spend our time checking the quality of the runs and making sure the machines don't overheat. It’s hard work, and your hands get dirty quite often. We eat our lunch on the small benches outside when the weather is decent. It’s just a regular factory life in Rabale. We focus on the job at hand and try to get the orders out on time without too much fuss or extra noise. It works for us.
