Star Furniture Workshop

Our workshop is located at House No. 1507 in Khaturi Village, which is right along the Taloja Highway. If you see the Rutika Hotel, you are pretty much there. We spend every single day surrounded by wood, tools, and a whole lot of sawdust. It is a noisy place because there is always a saw running or someone hammering something together. Star Furniture Workshop isn't a showroom with bright lights; it is a real place where things actually get built. The highway right outside stays busy with big trucks, so there is a constant hum of engines in the background. We usually start quite early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. By midday, the workshop is usually a mess of wood scraps and half-finished pieces, but that is just how we work. We don't have a fancy office, just a small space to sit down and talk about what needs to be made. People from the village and nearby areas often stop by to see what we are working on. It gets dusty, and our clothes usually have wood shavings on them by the time we go home. We have been at this spot near the hotel for a while now. It is hard work, but we like being able to see something finished at the end of the day. It is just a local workshop doing things the old-fashioned way. We just try to make things that last for the people around here.
